Default Side mounted plate

Hello, I wanted to put my plate on the side of the front bumper. How do I do that? I see kits for it online but I think it’s car specific. Apparently those kits require a special spot on ur bumper. Does the gs have this?
(Mines a 98 gs400)
Thanks.

I think GS doesn't have a threaded hole for a tow hook in the front bumper. These kits likely use the tow hook hole of modern cars for the side mounting of the license plate.

There's no reversible way to do this. You'd have to drill holes and mount your OEM bracket there instead.

so that means my original front holes will still be there. Is there a filler or something I can get to cover up those old holes. It might just honestly better to keep it in the middle bc my bumpers already jacked up and then holes in the middle might be worse
