Unhappy ATF leaking from hard line, help?

Drove just under 150kms home when the car suddenly started leaking ATF due to a rusted out hard line that ended up cracking. We're having trouble finding an exact part to purchase but we believe that its a tranny oil cooler line. The attached video shows the line leaking when running, under the car.

According to this diagram the part we need is #32921. We believe it would also make sense to replace both of those hard lines anyway (#32921 & #32922) but its difficult finding a reliable source for these parts. Sometimes they just wont turn up on the Lexus-parts site.
Any ideas or pointers?

The hard lines are discontinued, can try getting them here
https://www.amayama.com/en/part/toyota/3292130720

parts diagram is here (click/tap to see entire part number)
http://www.japan-parts.eu/lexus/us/1...ooler-tube-atm

Another option is to cut the line back until you have clean metal, flare the end and use a longer flexible hose.
