Garage door
I bet it would be pretty easy to tap this plug into your current mirror harness and homelink harness and it off up running right away

If you're a DIY person, I'd take a look at this: https://www.bobsmirrors.com/Gentex-H...LL_p_1835.html
Might be able to make it work with no visible changes, and it supports Homelink 5 so it will work any garage door opener that supports Homelink. I purchased a complete mirror with the buttons (similar to the post above, but new from Bob's) to install in my Supra. The install wasn't exactly fun, but I was able to make it look pretty OEM and use the same connector the mirror had from the factory. There's a post about it on Supraforums. You could do the same, but it would be easier simply because you already have power, switched power, and ground available with your original Homelink installed the car. No matter how you slice it, if you're not an electrical person, you'll need assistance to integrate any new solution.
They also make versions without any wires. Depending on the mirror mount in the car, it might be easy or it might be hard. I had to change the mirror mount in my Supra, and it's not fun. Not hard, but a little scary because you have to heat up the old mount to get it to come off the glass. Anyway, this is what Bob's has, and you can take the part number to shop around if you like. https://www.bobsmirrors.com/NEW-Adve...ed_p_1678.html
I have no relationship with Bob's Mirror's other being than a satisfied customer (TWICE!) for my IS F and my Supra.
