Bought a gs400 checked all the fuses, the radio works, but climate control doesnt there is freon. Also the pwr and snow doesn’t work could or be linked with it idk need some help..

 

I can't give you advice on this "telemedicine". Check for blown fuses in the engine compartment and in the fuse boxes under the dashboard on both sides.
What's for sure, the climate control system has nothing to do with the power and snow mode buttons.
I removed the center console panel with all the switches together for a while, and drove a car with climate control without any problems.
