Default 04 GS300 Power, Rev and Speed Problem

Hello,
First I would like to apologize I know this has been covered. I was hoping for more help.

While continuing to depressing the gas pedal it’ll rev up to 5k then slowly rev down then make a noise as seen in the video attached. The same with the speed. It’ll slowly pick up speed to 40 mph then won’t go faster.

I’m hoping someone can help me with this. I’ve spent $1k at Colisuem Lexus they changed the speed sensor. I’ve also changed the MAF sensor and cleaned the throttle body.

I greatly appreciate any help!

I don't see any Check Engine lights on the dashboard. This means that the Engine Control Unit does not see electrical problems associated with the sensors, like short circuits, disconnections and out of range signals. This makes me think that you may have throttle body related problems such as the accelerator cable, accelerator cable position sensor, throttle position sensor and throttle actuator motor assembly, damage or misalignment. This vehicle has an electronically controlled throttle system, called ETCS-i. The accelerator pedal pulls a cable that turns a mechanical wheel on the throttle body and rotate the accelerator position sensor (APS). These APS commands are sent to the Engine Control Unit, which, with the help of a servo drive system (on the side), controls the actual throttle valve and regulates the amount of intake air supplied to the engine. System feedback goes to the ECU from the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) on the drive side.
