A/C Codes

What brand clutch did you use?
The clutch is supposed to come with adjustment shims, did you adjust the gap of the clutch when it's released?
Code 24 is essentially the same thing as Code 21, but for the Passenger side, so it is safe to disregard as well.
Blinking Light usually means some major failure in the system, like no refrigerant in the system, or a locked up compressor. You mentioned installing new clutch on it, if it wasn't adjusted correctly, there is a chance it doesn't engage, or is rubbing when it is not supposed to be engaged, causing the system to fault. There is also a Compressor Lock-Up Sensor, essentially the same as a Crank Sensor, it counts the amount of RPM of the compressor to tell if it is locked up and disengage it before causing any further damage to the compressor or the drive belt, and its code is pretty difficult to trigger, here is a thread of that subject.
Hope this helps and best of luck!
