I see this on quite a few 1st gen GS's, the headlights look very nice like this:

Mine look like ***. They are dirty and look worn out, I tried searching on Yahoo but I came up with nothing, does anyone know of a website or a place I can get new/near new GS300 headlights?

 

try searching club lexus, i did a write up for both your problems a while back

problem number 1 can be solved by wetsanding your yellow headlights to make them pure white again.

problem number 2 is just clearing out the orange piece.
