Can I fit 18x10.5 +22 up rear with out sever negative camber?

This is running a 18x10 +25 with a 285/45/18 tire.

Running a 18x10.5 +22 would have 3.35mm or .13" less inner clearance, and poke outward 9.35mm or .36" more. I don't know if .13" would hit on the inside but I'm assuming no, but I think your bigger issue is sticking out another .36", there is no way you'll be able to "tuck" the rim without excessive camber, or run it like I do and you'll probably be fine with rolled or cut fenders.
