I haven't fixed mine yet, but I can tell you what the prob is. It's the black trim piece. From outside your door you will notice that there is a place where the trim is no longer flush with the door. Apparently there are clips on the other side that eventually break.
I believe 'minh' did a writeup on how to remove the trim piece (he bought a new one for $400) and others have suggested slapping some epoxy under there, putting a clamp on it, and letting it set overnight.

You should contact Metro Lexus/Toyota... you can find their link in the library section. I contacted them recently about replacing the piece, and they were able to give me a pretty good price on it... relatively speaking. I was just gonna deal with it myself, but with each day that goes by I swear it gets louder and louder... I've figured out it'll actually be cheaper to replace that instead of all my speakers after blowing them out just trying to hear the music over the wind noise.
I took a pic for everyone. How much did you pay for a new one, LEETS? PM the info.
Maybe I could fix this but I want to get at it from the other side where the clip is. If I try to take it off, am I going to make it worse? minh did a write-up on how to remove it so I thought I might try that but anything that has clips holding it on usually involves breaking a few when removed.
Wind noise sucks.

The picture Pianoman posted is a common problem with our cars (93-97 GS). Apparently the adhesive degrades and the trim comes loose, therefore causing the noise. Try gluing it back with some water-resistant adhesive, preferably the automotive type. I'm not sure exactly what is the best adhesive to use because I haven't had that problem, but other members have had this problem and fixed it. They should be able to help you out.

Just found the thread dealing with this problem. There is one person who bought a new trim piece ($300) and another person who used 3M adhesive to glue it.

Regarding the trim piece, mine is cracked....
i bought an entire roll of 3M automotive adhesive trim tape for $20.50 to fix my trim piece which had separated from the door and was causing the annoying wind noise over my left ear.
i placed the double sided tape carefully into the gap and then C-clamped the trim tight to the door for a couple hours as the adhesive dried. Its been two days now and the tape is holding and even better, the wind noise had been reduced substantially!
well since i have alot of this tape leftover, i am willing to sell any interested parties enough tape to fix their door. just let me know if you have any questions.
i will accept paypal of $5.50 which will including shipping. just give your name, address and telephone number.

I gonna try heat the OEM rubber trim w/ a hair dryer...then attempt to remold it back to place. I dunno it that'll work, but its worth a shot.
