0-60 mph = 11.13 sec without nitrous

I really want to hear from guys who have tried 0-60 with their gs. Is it possible that the later 1st gen that have another gear in the AT might be doing this????? My son has a 94 gs, i have a 93 gs. His runs approx the same time with out nitrous. I did a complete tune up, new plugs, wires, rotor, cap. Fuel injectors got a big dose of cleaner before these results were taken. Come on guys..... what are you coming up with? Just use a digital stop watch with hundreds of a second display and give it a try.

OK I went out and did an unofficial 0-60 with a stop watch (passenger had it) and three times I did 8.8 9.0 8.8........even though I did this myself that is still far from 11 seconds....I would suspect something is wrong......the only thing I have done to my car performance wise is that I have eliminated the stock resonators.
"PERFORMANCE
0 - 60 mph acceleration 8.3 seconds"
(This is the time for the GS with the 5speed tranny).
The older version with the 4speed is slightly slower (8.6 -8.9 seconds).

i just did it without a stopwatch, I just used the second counter on my pager, with my stock 16s, and subs, amp, box in the trunk, 3TVs, and DVD, it was approx 10sec.(2 runs) I'm sure that with a stopwatch and better accuracy i could get down to the 9sec region.
This is what I needed to see (hear). I have not run my gs at full throttle before the nitrous, but now, of course, I have to, to activate the microswitch. I am wondering if I should do more full throttle acceleration with the nitrous off..... is there a possiblity that my AT adjusts for better acceleration when you have done full throttle acceleration on multiple occasions??? I am not sure that the early 1st gen AT's have the ability to "learn" to shift quicker??? Like I said earlier, I have done everything I know of to make sure it is ready to run at red-line. This past weekend, I also removed the AT pan, cleaned it out and filled it with full synthetic ATF. Looks like I need to play around some more. I just got a drill to drill the smallest, useless, jet to .038" which is one size bigger than the biggest jet that comes with the kit. I will keep you all posted. Maybe I can get my 0 to 60 time with nitrous even lower. Thanks again for all the help and advice. See... you can teach an old dog new tricks!
I have been too busy to give you all some new results, but here is a teaser.... i did get my 0 to 60 time down 1 full second without nitrous by reversing a mod i did some time ago. I had the secondary throttle propped open a quarter of an inch. Yes it did seem to give more torque at partial throttle acceleration, but when you do full throttle, it makes my gs a second slower in the 0 to 60 time. So, I am down to 10.13 sec, 0 to 60, without nitrous. I do not know why I cannot get it down to the 9's.....
Secondly, I did drill the smallest jet out to one size bigger than the largest jet and did a test run, but because I am low on nitrous, i did get some surging, but, I did not hear any knocking or pinging so that is a good sign that the stock fuel injectors are still able to provide the fuel that is needed. The largest jet supplied with this kit was .036.... i drilled the smallest jet out to .038... so far so good. when I get the bottle refilled, I will do some more test runs. You all have a great weekend.. I'm off to a wedding.
