Default 94 Lexus GS300

I jumped the proper diagnosis ports. I got a constant flashing light which I read in a thread means there are no trouble codes so my problem is that despite no trouble codes, the car cranks and idles fine, but when the gas pedal is pressed it sometimes will Rev to 3000 and no further, not Rev at all and try to die, if I put it in drive and try to go any where any press of the pedal will cause it to stall out and die. Fuel filter replaced 3 months ago, plugs and wires 4 months ago, nothing aftermarket just stock 2jz-ge. Thought maybe it was the TPS but again no codes only constant flashing when jumper is in diagnostic ports. It's is driving me crazy, can anyone help. Please email me direct if you would like tylermandac@gmail

Sounds to me like its a MAF problem. I have seen both TPS and MAF problems without any trouble codes plus like always the ECU can be a problem with these cars. Its always a good idea to pop the cover off of the ECU and take a look at the capacitors. With the ECU being such a common issue and being pretty easily accessible I would check there first. I had my ECU repaired when I first bought my car and it fixed problems I didn't know where there.

What did they have to do when they repaired your ECU? Just desolder bad capacitors and replace them?

That's something I could accomplish fairly easily however I was thinking about just getting a standalone ECU like a Megasquirt or something.
