Loud screeching noise, rough idle.
So I had my radiator, water pump, starter, thermostat, and Valve Cover replaced recently after the car started to overheat and subsequently stopped cranking. Now I've got the car to start and the overheating seems to have stopped for now, but the car is facing other issues.
When the car warms up, it is followed by a loud screeching noise that dosent go away. Gains pitch with RPM. The other issue is the car bogs out after a short drive, or the act of giving the car gas. After starting the car, it will idle normally. Just after raising the car to about 2500-3000, the car will not idle right after that. Goes below 1k and lumps from there out. Any ideas guys? The intake was removed in 3 pieces( bad idea) so could it be a vacuum leak?

What did you have done to those components? Re-read your sentence, it doesn't make sense.
A high pitched squeaking noise is usually a bearing. That could be a serpentine belt tensioner, idler or a timing belt tensioner or idler.
