Can this work with my GS?
A needle nose piers that will fit into the slots.Hint: after removing the nut on the antenna.
Go in the car, hold the AM buttom and the CD buttom at the same time. If you don't have the factory CD, then use the last buttom.
Then turn the key on with your other hand (while you right hand is holding AM and CD buttoms).
You will see the radio show " Ant" on the display.
Make sure there's no cable left in the motor. Sometimes the plastic cable broke and stay inside the motor. Compare the new antenna with the old one(at the end of the plastic tip).

That clever bit where you hold the CD button and the AM button sounds cool......but I noticed that it does not work my my GS Mk1 radio (factory radio from that period).......
Anyone tell me if they know how to get "ANT" to come up on the Mk1 GS ?
