Any idea on why when I unplugged the driver front window switch to repair and the connector sparked and now locks sunroof tilt steering wheel and power seat quit working? I checked all the fuses I'm at a loss on where to look next?

 

I am not 100% sure, but i would get a hold of the gs300 electrical wiring diagram .pdf file and see if there is a control computer for these devices that burned out. Also check both fuse boxes(one under hood, and second inside cabin under driver side dash...see pdf file). You might also take a glance at the relays as well.

throwing all of this out of the top of my head hoping you will find something. Start with fuse boxes and relays before looking for control computers.

Where would I acquire the .Pdf file? I've checked and double checked all fuses. What other relays is there?

 

Also trunk and fuel door not working Aswell.

alright I got mostly everything working again except the pass rear window and the door locks? could it be the door lock actuator?
