Default Downstream o2 sensor

How do I get this out? Do I just pull that rubber seal out?

Just trying not to break anything

Disconnect the connector inside the car then pull the rubber grommet out and pull connector through the hole.

pull carpet from under passenger side. remove bottom cover from glove box. after you pull carpet you will see a black cover that where the ecu is located and you will find the plug to o2 sensor below ecu and harness.
