Default Code 41 & 71

So when it's nice and warm outside I have no cel, but when I'm on my way ho.e from work in the morning and it's in the 40's my cel will come on and it's always code 41 & 71. I have adjusted the Tps already so that code may be stored in the ecu but as for the egr it might be clogged...

But is there a reason that they would come up together?

I had the same codes 3 weeks ago. I followed the TPS adjustment tutorial on the supra forums I bought a cheap feeler guage set at autozone, and 1 - new TPS (to replace stock main tps) from amazon.

After a battery disconnect for 5 minutes, the TPS code went away and all I have is the EGR code left to address. Sigh I will probably sort the EGR code out with the resistor trick.

I just cleaned out a salvage egr. Im sure mine is clogged or stuck. This gs is driving me crazy having to fix years of neglect from previous owner.
