Default Misfiring problems

So I have been doing this restoration job on my Lexus 93 GS 300 for a while now I finally just finished interior and put a new computer and it because the other one had blown capacitors and it's been running pretty good but just yesterday I come out and it's misfiringso I look at the spark plug lined up and I see that one has water in it I take the water out clean it all up and runs good the next day same problem still misfiring so I simply just pull the plugs 5-6 outand put them back in and Bam it's not misfire anymore a run solid does anybody have any ideas why it's doing that this is my first time posting so I don't know what to expect

Is it misfire continuously or does it stop misfiring after it runs for a minute or two?

Pull codes and see if you can find the misfire through the plugs. Also, try replacing the distributor cap, and rotor.
