Hey Patrick, I just thought of an idea. How about molding brackets onto the inside of the bumper to secure the lights? Try to picture it in your mind: Imagine a 1/8 inch thick, 1/ 1/4 wide, 8 inch long straight metal bracket. Now bend it into a "U". The bottom of the "U" should be 3-4 inches wide so it can hold the foglights. Now turn the "U" on its side so the top of the "U" is facing toward the left. Now picture the "U" pointing to the front of the car. Now slide the bracket over the back of the foglight so the sides of the "U" are on the top and bottom of the light. The bottom of the "U" holds the light so it doesn't move back. Now mold the ends of the "U" onto the inside of the pumper. Use two of these per light. When it is dried/hardened, slide the screws sticking out the back of the foglights through the holes in the bracket and secure it with a nut.
Maybe you could picture it, maybe not. It would be so much easier to illustrate with a pen and paper.
What is this for? So the foglight can be removed without tearing up the bumper, which is what would happen if the lights are molded into the bumper. Also, the verticle direction of the light can be slightly adjusted up and down by loosening the bolts and sliding the screw up or down to the desired height.
Maybe this all sounds loony because words are not an adequate replacement for drawings, but I think it might work.

They look great! Do they point straight now? It will be awesome to see your HIDs and new lights at night.
Question: do you know where I can find a new set of those PIAAS you gave me? How much are they? I really like the yellow, the color is more effective at cutting through the fog and it looks really nice. Anyways, one of the lights is less yellow than the other, so I want to get a new set.

Yeah i like the look of yellow fog lights... give a distinct look. I had tried in the past to find some yellow bulbs for my stock fog lights but was unsuccessful. (I didn't try real hard though).
I also have a IS 300, so i jump in it when i want that look.
