Transmission hard shifting
I have a 94 GS 300 and the transmission when shifting from Park to Reverse or Drive shifts hard into gear and I have also noticed this going down the road. anyone else experience this?

Check the level of the fluid and check the condition of the fluid. If the fluid is low check for leaks and repair. If the fluid is in poor condition flush the system. Also check to see if trouble codes stored.
