Default Just started having problems....

So I have a '94 Lexus GS300 (out of habit to say that to most people) with the 2JZ-GE engine, and just recently it started hiccuping, kicking, or whatever you want to call it when I coast, use the cruise control, or de-accelerate. Almost like someone is tapping the breaks, or whatever. Any help I just had to put 2 fuel injectors, new valve cover gasket, front o2 sensor, and I think that is all. The check engine light is on, but when we try and run the codes nothing comes up.

I think it might be the IACV but I am unsure of where it is located on this model. HELP PLEASE!!

Also on a side note is there a way to "de-line" the headlights and raise the beam of light about .5". I was also looking into Xenon healights, or some type of very bright headlight to increase visibility. I am also looking for some very nice fog lights if anyone has a good brand. Prefered LED or some type of bright light.

I had a similar issue, but only when the car was cold. Cleaning the IACV fxed the issue. Have you looked into if the brake calipers are sticky? Best thing is to get the CEL code read first.

I have not checked the calipers sir but I will do that next. As for the codes, we tried to get them checked but they didnt not show anything. So we are unsure of why that CEL is on. You wouldn't happen to know where the IACV is located do you

IACV is close to the throttle body to the left of the Throttle Position Sensor. Should be held on by some bolts or phillips screws. Be careful if they are phillips screws as they strip easily so try to use a tool that fits perfectly. The tip of my IACV was gunked up so I just let it soak in some carb cleaner and cleaned it up.

How are you trying to pull the code?

With a Diagnostics pc under the hood and under the dash. Idle speed sensor is what you are talking about correct? Also it seems to lose RPMs when sitting still too. I am unsure of what is the problem there is

So the CEL light just stays solid when you plug in the diagnostic tool? Yea Idle Air/Speed. Location of the valve is in the below pic.

Try some small vice grips if you can fit them in there.

Vice grips work but I had to take the entire intake off and snip the wire that connects the throttle control the the main intake.
