Default Suspension question

Hey guys,

I'm thinking about replacing my Eibach/KYB with the Tein HA. As most of you know, with the Eibachs the gap is still too big. The KYB's are OK but sometimes I wish they were a little more stiffer (especially when cornering). So until we can find some sway bars and STB for our 1st gen, I think the Tein HA would be my best option (able to adjust height and stiffness).

My question is - if I lower the car to about a 1 finger gap, would this cause a major alignment (camber...) problem? I have 17 inch wheels and I don't plan on upgrading anytime soon. I just had an alignment done and one of the wheels (I think the front left) is a little off. So if I lower my car that much, will it have the "butterfly" look. There isn't a camber kit for our GS, right?

Any info would be appreciated.

i believe there is one for the rear, but our problem is in the front. or vice verca. if you get the Teins you can always adjust them back up if they are too low

If I have to adjust them back up to solve any problems, then I guess I should probably just keep my current setup (and save my money).

I just don't like looking at that big gap.

Jmai was right, Eibach only makes a rear camber kit for GS300s. How bad is your camber now with the Eibachs (1.2" lowering, right)? If you don't have much negative camber with those, you can still go lower before you start eating tires. I think you would be very happy with the Teins, especially if you're looking to satisfy the insatiable need for faster turns.

Oh, and I can cut you a great deal on the Teins if you want them.

AllstarMcC - my front right is only .1% off (i think). I'm so tempted to get the Teins. What kind of deal could you get me on the HA's? PM me if you want.

d2gs3 - I'll let you know IF/WHEN I do get the Teins.
