Dreams really do come true....
I baked them at 285 for 7 minutes. I didn't use anything to reseal them. I put them back in the oven, pushed them together and put the clips on. They are nice and tight
[QUOTE=houndawgbp;8433991]Ha awesome man! I'm doing that next week too lol I just reworked the stereo. I'm running the wiring for the amps next week as well. I was today, dang rain.[/
Rewiring sounds like fun...Did you replace all speakers including the free air sub?

I got the front components changed until I encountered feedback on my LF side then I Un hooked the bass driver. I'm using stock wiring for now but going to take time to run all new wiring perhaps this week. I'm also adding another set of 4" coaxial or perhaps just one 6.5" for full range up front, perhaps in my floor board.
Sub is currently a 10" Memphis Audio in a sealed box until I get the money to run a kicker CVX in my stock location.

Thanks!! I expected the pedal to be a lot stiffer; however, I feel a difference when pushing down the pedal. I don't have to push down as far to feel the car stopping. I've only pushed the brakes down gently, but I feel the difference. It's really Precision braking. I say this jokingly, but I can't wait until I need to do an emergency stop to really test them out.
Quick shoutout to the thread creator! if it isn't too late i have a set of the stock alloy rims that I took off. Only 102k miles on them and i removed all of the brake dust from them! They are taking up space so I/m not looking to charge Rape/Pillaging prices lol. They are 1995 5 spoke aluminum alloy rims made by enkei.
Update:
I've done a couple other things to my car. I've upgraded the audio in the car. this is a picture of the HU. The replacement free air sub leaves something to be desired. I thought it would hit a lot harder than it does.
After many months of searching for a cup holder I've finally located a working one! No more cups sitting in between my legs! It's the small things baby!

The next thing I want to do is change the interior lights. I'm tired of looking at those horrible green lights at night. I remember there was a member who sold a kit. Is the kit still available?
