Default Need help locating pigtail

Im new to this site i have owned 2 Es300 and now the owner of a 93 Gs300 and never encountered my current problem. I live in texas and it has been cold the last few mornings and my car (which i call Lexi) has been having trouble being started. First i was told i had got a hold to BAD GAS so i was to use B12 and that seemed to have worked, so i thought till the next morning the same thing, was then told that i need a new FUEL FILTER, i did get it changed at it was indeed needed. But this morning she was the same way. These are her symtoms
She has trouble starting
First Crank...... she i comes on and shuts down
Second Crank..... she is struggling to stay crunk/ hesitates and shuts off/ or make a scratch noise
Third Crank she is cranked and sounds ready if you idle her over 2 she shuts off
Crank her one last time she ready to ride all over town

was tired of all the guess work so i took her to be put on the machine which gave out this code
NO RPM SIGNAL TO ECM WHILE CRANKING

The shop disconnected the sensor pigtail to discover that it was the cause of the reading
i have been to several pick in pulls but to no avail no motors are dont have my car , the dealer is asking $1400.00 to but the whole hornest just for the pig tail which i feel is ludicrousness
does anyone know how to remedy this problem
