anyone know if it's possible to swap the engine from a second gen GS3 into our first gen cars? would the tranny work? any input is appreciated.

 

why would you want to do that?? if your gonna swap. use a supra engine.

 

lol, cuz i may have easy access to a very low mileage second gen GS3 engine.

 

it is possible but a lot of things are involved especially the wiring harnesses, sensors, etc.,....because newer gs300 motors are vvti. transmission might be very similar and you might want to consider using newer gs tranny also.

i believe it's better to to with supra twin-turbo.

 

can u put a supra tt engine and put a newer gs 400 tranny on it?
