As the title states,

I'm looking to replace my KPH (Canadian GS300 '95) cluster with a MPH (USA GS cluster).
Are these clusters interchangeable (plug and play) or will they not work when I plug a replacement in?

As far as I know they are interchangeable. Before you buy just look up pics of the back where the connectors go. From what I've seen of JDM vs US they look like the same connectors. Also going from a 2jzge to a 2jzge everything should be proper. If you are mixing it with a 2jzgte/2jzge then the tach won't work right.
