From wait I've read, harness has to be extended and re-routed

You can unplug the harness from the fuse box and reroute it through the engine bay on the drivers side. the passenger side is a little harder but you can unplug that side also inside near the ecu and reroute it.

My GS is fairly slammed too. Enough to where it was slowing eating away at my driver side harness. So I unplugged everything and re ran it like this. Bit ghetto looking but w/e. lol.

My fender liner is chewed up like hell and makes nasty scrapping noise everytime I turn hard left or right. -_-

Does this apply for people who remove fender liner/ have to roll fenders? Im dumped on megan lps with supra wheels and didn't notice any clearance issues besides the front fender liners.
