I also seen pics of ppl grinding both the bolt and the caliper...and one member who grinding the caliper too much and made a hole in it...YIKES!!!

I will preface this by saying I was under my car, and didnt pull the caliper. because thats a PITA. So, you get what I give you . The caliper is only grinded where it has reinforced metal. The metal is extremely soft and takes no time to grind. The bolt, you grind at an angle, and the nut still threads on and off, and is still strong. No problems out of my setup. Its one of those deals where you put the top bolt in, find then find out where the caliper is hitting on the bottom, grind a little and repeat until you can get the bottom bolt into the caliper with ease. Then the CRAPPY job of bleeding comes in. I will just tell you now, these calipers ARE NOT fun to bleed with out master cylinders. Not fun at all.
