Default Air Conditioner problem

So, from when i got the car theres been something wrong with the AC. When its on 65 Its brick cold. Like your naked in Alaska lol. but when its on 66 it gets warm as hell? Anybody know what this could be?

Doesn't sound like an expansion valve at all to me. The expansion valve is either working, or it's not. It doesn't control the amount of heat.

The blender door controls the amount of heat by pushing the air conditioned air through the heater core. Likely you have a bad servo motor on the blender door, or something to do with the blender door that's causing this.

Just my $.02.
