GS300s, TT Aristos and Supra TTs use a Fuel Pump ECU that puts out 9v at idle and 12v at higher load. The lower voltage at idle keeps the fuel supply lower than the stock FPR can hold. This is the reason that at idle your rich. Walbros cannot run at any voltage lower than 12v. BUT Denso pumps are designed to work at 9v and higher. As far as the lean on boost, I would "recalibrate" your AEM wideband or get a fresh O2 for it. I've had 3 AEM widebands and the O2s are pretty much unreliable after a year.

Because only reason I did the 12v modd was because I've read that by doing this was a must for running a 2jzgte to avoid pre detination..ill give it a shot, thanks for the advise

Why replace the walbro with a Denso? I have run Walbros in all of my cars and it operates just fine. On the 2nd gen GS it drops voltage at idle/low loads just like you guys. I've built these cars like this countless times and they all idle perfectly normal with the reduced pump voltage.
