Default 2000 GS300 drive light,temp issues

I'm having a huge amount of issues with my car as of late.
Last week I took my car in to do the brakes.
The following day noticed a huge leak on my driveway.
Took the car back and nothing was discovered with respects to the leak. ( I myself no nothing about cars )

They took me under the car and pointed out what could be a possible future fuel leak. But my fluids were looked at and all seemed well.

So now one week later I'm in the car and driving home.
My AC turns off and the center console that displays the outside temperature reads -- (as opposed to the outside temperature). This lasts about 30 seconds of so, the outside temperature reappears and the AC comes back on.

In addition to the temperature/AC issue, the fuel cluster (unsure of correct name) has multiple issues. The light indicating my car is in drive goes on and off. When off the temperature gauge also drops down. And after driving for about 10 minutes a constant flashing begins of my low fuel icon. However I have more than enuff gas.

I'm waiting to take it in for service, and I am livid.
The car did not have any of these issues prior to going to this shop. I shop I have never used before but was directed to by my father in law.

you might want to check the charge for your alternator...When it is about to go on you, you will have the dash lights start to flicker and gauges go crazy...One way to check if your car is charging right would be to turn the car on, remove the positive cable off your battery while on..If the car does any gesture of shutting off or jerking...Might be there..Is the cheapest way to start troubleshooting that issue

start your car and take the positive charge plug off if it still running then your alternator is good.. this can be some harness problems. so what electronic upgrade have you installed on your car?
