hello, I am new to modding my 1gs, I just recently dropped it on tanabe df210s, was going to get kyb gr2 struts too but I found out that the previous owner already replaced the stocks with gr2s .


Anyway, I am trying to install ddm Hids for my headlamp and fogs. Can someone help me with a diagram/pictures or something of how to install the hids for both headlamp and fogs. I think the headlamps will be easy but any help would be great! thanks!

 

just buy the same size bulb as both headlight and foglights and its just a matter of switching out the bulbs and zip tieing the rest of the HID assembly!

 

Also witht the HID kit theres a extra set of wires needed because we have day time running lights. Thats what i need for mines. ANd its all simple plug and play, put a wire to the battery and a wire to any ground. Get some self tapping screws to hold the boxes down.

 

I wonder if my gs even has daytime running lights? Is it a harness I have to buy?

 

There should be a add on if you buy it from a local store. Like for mines it was another small set of wire/plug to buy for another 10$ because i had DTRL.

 

What year GS? I have never seen a 1GS (1993-97) with daytime running lights.
