Exclamation Engine Sway Question

Quick question does anyone know if a 96 GS3 engine will fit and work into a 94 GS3 body. Also if I wanted to swap interiors, would it work? Thanks

Right so the OBD II 96 will have a different wiring harness and possible different component connections than the OBD I 94. You will need to change it over to OBD I. There could be complications taking the 96 motor to a 94 but nothing that couldn't be overcome I'm sure.

Is there anyway that i can take the OB2 out the 96 and put in the 94. I wanted to gut the whole inside of the 96 and put in the 94 . I'm talking from door panels, headliner, seats, dash and stearing column.

The concern about the intake manifold...the 96 has traction control but the 94 doesn't. Will this be a problem as well if i had all the parts from the 96 and wanted to put them in the 94?
