It really depends on what you want from the car. There is no way to tune these cars that makes much of a difference with the stock I6. I am 39, live in CA where the swap makes registering the car challenging, to put it mildly, and most of my driving is to/from work. The car is not fast, but I like the way it looks and it is quiet and comfortable.

Another consideration is the condition of your engine and transmission now. Any leaks? Any major service coming up? Have you replaced the head gasket? I just had mine replaced and I am happy with the results, but it wasn't cheap. Cost is always a factor when making these decisions.

Depends, can you afford all the little things that are involved with doing the swap? Its not just the price of the motor, you have to consider the small things here and there. assuming you can afford it than go for the swap you wont regret it if done right.

No brainer, GTE swap all the way. If money is not an issue, GTE swap is a perfect mod. It's like having a 4 doors Supra

Why not do both but as mentioned before:

- Swap = performance, power, and fun

- coilovers and 20's = looks, and handling.

Depending on the drop, might have to be a little bit more careful when driving, in order to avoid pot holes, and speed bumps.
