I'm new here. Thanks to everyone who has made info available here. I lurked for awhile and I've used some of y'alls tutorials to my benefit. Many thanks to the guy who did the tutorial on the window regulator install ( I think it was JPW's tutorial).
Anyhow, I purchased a PCV valve thinking it would be an easy install as I have done a few in the past on other makes and models. Wow. I am having a hard time removing the old one. Even with pliers and serious pulling. I'm not the original owner of this car and I'm assuming the valve is past due on needing to be changed, hence the hard time getting it out.
Does anyone have tips on how to get the old valve out w/o breaking something???
Also, I purchased only the valve and not the hose that hooks up to the valve. Does anyone know where can I buy the hose?
Thanks for the help!!!
p.s. On a side note my antenna also just died ( 'stuck' in the up position). I'll tackle that problem this summer. Until then….. I've got Ready to Die, Makaveli 7 day theory, Straight Outta Compton and a few other hits in the CD player to keep me company. CD player works, radio does not. Actually, this might not be too big a problem considering the music that gets radio play these days is sub par. Maybe I'll just buy more CDs
Gotta love these cars...always something to work on

Hey 300GSTexas,
I had the same issue, I sprayed some Seafoam (just a litttle) on the sides of the valve, left it there for 30 minutes and finally yanked it out. It does take some time if it has not been changed.
