Default Help with Fuel System....

I am currently building a 93 GS300, I need some ideas on a Fuel system...I am going to be pushing somewhere around 500hp when done. What size injectors should I go with? Will bigger injectors fit with the stock fuel rail? I can get a fuel rail from Powerhouse racing....But im not really sure how in depth I will need to go for my HP rating...any help and ideas are welcome, even if its things other then the fuel system if you know something I dont please clue me in, This is my first Lexus build so im a newb..

Walbro 255 pump or Supra TT Denso pump should do it.
Aeromotive FPR Kit from Driftmotion.

Well......we need a bit more info on your car. Are you going to be running a standalone and are you GE or GTE??

Based in the information thus far:

i wouldn't go with a Walbro, they're noisy and cheap, crappy quality.
The OEM Supra TT pump will be more than enough to support 500, and it's great quality. I doubt you'd ever have to replace it. Is your aim 500 crank or wheel?

For injectors 680's would be good, or you could run stock Supra TT 550's, depends if you need lo/hi impedance, BUT the TT 550's won't work with your PHR top feed rail. I suggest going with a Denso style injector (Sard, HKS, etc). 550's should support 500 crank no problem, if you want 500whp, i suggest going to 680's.

The stock fuel lines are good enough for what you're doing. I'm using an HKS FPR, but there are some decent ones for cheap such as Fuel Lab.

Ditch the fuel pulse regulator and get the bypass line too. Bippu hit it pretty close to perfect on injector sizing, depends on wheels or crank power. It's generally about 1cc per whp on these motors. You don't want to run over 80%. Guys who run over 500 wheels generally start getting into running twin pumps.

or a Mazda Cosmo (20B) pump is a direct drop in as well, those flow huge!

it's the same pump as the old HKS racing fuel pump

Yeah, there's no problem running a walbro. Such poor info. How do you expect Supra 550's to fit when they are side feed and the GE motor uses a top feed? Know what your saying before you give advice.
I can set you up with a complete fuel system. I have no own fuel rails and complete systems. FFIM, got that covered too. Email for details. dan@fsmoto.net

Sounds like he said they won't fit in his stock rail to me. I agree however the Walbro will work fine and is half the cost.

disagree all you want. if you want to put your trust on a cheap fuel pump go right ahead. IMO and upgrade should be an upgrade, and anything of lower quality than an OEM part is a downgrade.
