Default coilover issues

So I bought some bc racing coils and I lifted the car on my lift so I could adjust them. But it seems that the left side when I lower it to the height I want the spring can move freely. the right side doesn't do this. Is this an issue or will it b ok when I take it off the lift?

That's odd.....posy a pic of the coilove rif you can. Or count the amount of coils from the one that stays to the one that moves. Maybe the builder put the wrong spring in?

You're probably adjsuting the spring perch for height adjusment.

You need to adjust it at the lower mount. Loosen the lower ring and turn the whole shock into our out-of the lower mount.

Don't use the spring adjustment for height adjusment.
