Stance gr+ preload setting

Hey guys I was wondering if anyone know the preloaded setting for these coilover I messed around with the coils and now it's very bouncy like a boat

If your talking about the damper? If so right click for stiffer and left click goes softer. I believe your damper goes from 1 click softest to 15 being the stiffes.

I accidentally lowered the car with the top ring with spring instead of twisting the whole body to lower it.

Isn't preload just enough so the springs don't move freely?

Every coilover is different. Start with 3-4mm of preload and go from there. Lowering the car with the spring is completely wrong and defeats the purpose.
