sup fellow CL'ers
Ive read plenty off this site but never really posted. I got my GS last year and it was supposed to remain stock and a daily driver, but I have this problem where i can leave anything stock. Anyway i got a sick deal on some Tein HA coilovers and i had them installed. I feel like they are a little too stiff for the crappy streets of chicago. I have sc430 rims with falken 452 tires. I know the sc rims are heavy but do you guys really think its the rims or the suspension?
I currently have the Teins set at 13 clicks up front. This is the middle and supposed to be the recommended. and for the back i have 12 clicks. 13 is the middle but i think 12 rides a little softer.
Any suggestions? I was thinking is it possible to mount stock springs on the tein shocks? hmm......

its the coilovers.i believe those coilovers were made to cater to sports/track driving conditions.therfore the spring rates and dampening is hard.i think HA springs rates for GS's are 14kg front and 10kg rear.compared to the Tein CS's 7kg front 5kg rear.

I have the tein ha's to although im sure they are way stiffer than stock they handle nice. Its always a trade off. Plus you dont want a slammed car that bottoms out all the time due to soft springs.
