Drain and fill differential fluid

Drain and fill radiator ( toyota pink antifreeze )

Change oil ( VALVOLINE 5W-30) and filter (OEM TOYOTA)

Might as well change your power steering fluid while your doing the rest, also might want to add washer fluid for winter if you haven't already.

at work when we do 30K services...we change the brake fluid in the reservoir and when i changed mine the GS i noticed that green algae was growing in it...to solve this suck out all the brake fluid. unscrew the bolt that holds the reservoir down. pop it off and use a crap ton of brake cleaner to get it all out...all clean now!

oh and the check the floor mat sensors...ours tend to go bad all the time.
