True. I had mine at 1F/2R and it was fine to me...changed it to 3/3 one day just out of curiosity and it felt SOOO much better after such a small adjustment. It got me thinking about how soft it could potentially be.

I have no choice but to ride on the stiffest setting so that I don't scrape too bad when I go over speedbumps. ehehe

Same reason I dont want to go too soft. What are your wheels dimensions? Are you max'd out in all corners? Im 19x8.5/9.5 +38/+38, fronts maxed out, rear has 5 threads left (7/8")

just not the right time for me. After I acquire my Aristo bumper, headlights, open-end lug nuts, In-dash screen, curtains, 2gs steering wheel I'll be willing to sell. I just want to get some things I've wanted for a while before I start replacing products I already have. :/ At the least, you know I WILL be selling them in the next year or so if you want to just patiently wait

Yep, it is my daily driver that's why I prefer the CS. mkiiisupra, let me know when you're ready to sell. I'm still driving with my Ohlins and still looking for a good deal on the CS. I wish you the best of luck on all the things you're planning to get so I can get mine too

Alright, I'm resurecting this thread because I really need the Tein CS now, but can't find any good deal yet. My Ohlins is pretty much done. I have to put my Supra TT wheels on and take out my 19" Volk Racing SF Challenge. Wow, what a difference, even with a crapy coilover, the stock 17 Supra TT wheels ride so smooth compare to the 19". Offcourse the 19" Volk look 10X nicer. I'm sticking with the Tein CS but notice the price increase. This is my daily beater so I don't want to spend too much on coilover. I also notice Jason who is now moving over to the LS section because he just bought a 97 LS selling the JIC FLT-A2 but I think the ride is not going to be smooth as much as I want. Correct if I'm wrong. I think Philly#1 Lex is selling the used Tein CS also, but a little over what I want to pay for used set plus shipping. If I become desperate, I might go with a new set since I'm planning to keep this GS for a long time. Besides, I'm planning 2JZ-GTE swap sometime down the line.

The JIC's served me well. They are amazing. You just need to spend time adjusting them thats all. I'll give you a better deal if interested.

If this is any benefit to either of you (suprawhite & jasonm), I've got a proposition for the 2 of you. Basically I want the JIC's so I can go lower and Suprawhite wants my CS v2s. Maybe we can get something worked out? PM me if theres any interest.

Wow, I just installed the JIC on my GS today and what a difference. I only drove it from the shop to my house but it's like day and night comparing to my old set up. The first thing I notice is the ride is alot more solid and my GS rear end doesn't squat when you accelerate from a stop. I end up setting it lower than before which I think will give it a better stance. As for the JIC, I like how you can adjust the height without affectiing the spring rate which is so cool, just like my Hipermax III I have on my Supra. One last thing, you can go really, really low with the JIC which is a plus for anyone that really want that VIP slam look.
