Its been giving me problems for a while now. The filter would get clogged, it happened two times. i would not have reverse only when filter was clogged. It would also wind. But other than that it was running good. Until yesterday, reverse was shaking the car and when put in drive it would not move only when i pressed on the gas peddle. My car has 199,000 miles. I bought the car with 185,000 miles. When i bought the car the tranny pan was smashed in so I think the last owner hit something and drove the car like that, not letting fluid go up.

Looks like you got things under control. Wondering are any special tools required for disassembly?

Thanks

Wow. That looks waaaaaay beyond my skill level!

Congrats on being able to do the job!

You'll have to keep us posted on the re-assembly.
