Default Nothing Electrical?

Hi guys, this is my first post on the forum here, ive been lurking for a couple months until I bought a 1993 GS300 this friday (i will make an official post later that shows pics and prices, etc of what i got).

I have two problems with the car as of right now.

1) There is absolutely nothing electrical working inside the car except the high beams on the headlights, no interior lights, switches, buttons, radio, etc works at all.

2) The car isnt starting, it keeps trying to turn over, i hear the injectors working and the motor is trying to turn over, but it seems there is no spark so im going to try to check out the spark plugs/wires today.

I am more concerned about why i am not getting anything electrical inside the car working? I put a brand new battery in the car, so thats not it.

Thanks in advance!

Check the master link fuse under hood. It's blue on sides, 100amp and has a clear window on top to see the fuse.

yeah i would be going through all the main fuses in the box in the engine bay. probably wouldnt hurt to also check the ones in the car too in the footwell.
