Headlights cuting off

Hey guys. I have some HID's on my car and has been working fine until a week ago. They are starting to cut off on me now. I would turn them on and then all of a sudden they would just shut off and when I try to turn them back on nothing would happen. After several attempts I do notice they flick on for like a second. After about a while they eventually turned back one. I tried to check the fuse and it looked fine and I'm running a relay. Any advice of why that would happen? Is the ballast going? Any advice would be appreciated.

Could it be the relay harness that you have with your kit? Maybe a hairline crack in a fuse somewhere? Maybe a loose connection on your battery cables?
