Don't think so. This kit is made by Mantra. The flash on the camera makes it really stand out. Here is a better pic...

Yes, they can, but it's a pain in the ***** to alter the Metra 70-8112 harness. See the Lexus Audio and Video faq in the main forum - I posted a bunch of images in there as I just did it. Good learning experience but I probably wouldn't do it again.

I have the same led's out on my rpm gauge needle
