Default Voltage Problems

Ok. So its been quite some time now and I never really paid attention to the problem, but now its getting annoying, my lights are blinking and I know it because when Im sitting in traffic, even on low volume, I can see my turn signals blink when the bass hits, its quite embarrasing..this is a Lexus.
So I know this car is known to many people to have grounding issues. The thing Im wondering is if my car is one of em. Ive got my SAFC2 hooked up and I also have a high output alternator...180amps. Now, I know that the HO alt probably has alot to do with the fact that my voltage drops at idle, but still, it drops from about 14.1-14.2 volts all the way down to 11.3(when my lights are on in drive at idle, with the stereo on, not loud mind you). I didnt change the wire from the alt to the battery when I upgraded, and I havent changed any of my grounds, or added any, or grinded around the grounds.
Im wondering if it would be worth getting better ground wires, a voltage stabilizer, and grinding around the grounds on the body. I need my HO alt, cant go back to stock, my amp draws about 120amps. Any suggestions? I cant have these problems lingering if I plan on going turbo soon, which is mainly whats holding me back now..damn check engine light keeps coming on and going off before I can get to autozone to check it. I live about 30-40 miles from work and it will turn on in the morning and then go off before I get home, I know its a sensor, but I cant even check it.

Sorry for the long post, any help would be greatly appreciated if you take the time to read it.

Start with the easy stuff you didn't do. Then you can try changing to a size smaller pulley on the alt and raising the idle.
