My rims have over width tyres on with rim protecting edging on an still they get kerb marks. I like deep dish but there is a limit lol. I'm happy though for you guys that have perfectly flat roads and no corners
the stretching of the tire is a jdm unique vip look. you first have to understand the definition of jdm vip-ing. japan has taken 4dr sedan and has rised it to a level of elegance style yet sportie. the stretching of the tires is because when you vip, you bring the rims out as close to edge of the rear 1/4panel, after it has been trimed, to give it that vip proportional appearance. i'm running -7.4 degree camber and have never had a blow out. yes the inner part of the rim is alot closer to the road then the outer but choosing your road and cruising carefully can avoid problems. as to curb scratches you need more practice parking your car brother.

Here's my old set-up before I lowered the car

- Wheel Specs

Brand: IForged
Model: Flux 3 pc.
Finish: Brushed centers w/polished lips
Sizes: Front - 20 x 8.5, Rear - 20 x 10
Offsets: Front et +38, rear et +40

- Tire Specs

Front tires: Bridgestone S03, 245/35/20
Rear Tires: Bridgestone S03, 285/30/20

- Modifications to fenders?

Yes, rear fenders were rolled.
this looks likea near perfect fitment to me. ill prolly go with 18x8.5 +35 front with 245/40/18 and 18x9.5 +40 rear with 275/40/18. i drive 80 miles a day, plus the stretched look is not my thing at all. i like meat on my tires.

Hi guys, I just bought an NA Aristo. Im now looking for a set of aftermarket wheels for the car. FYI, the car is now on a set of TEIN Type HA coilover. I have to choose a set out of 3 choices of wheels. Here are the specs of each wheels:

18" Work Meister S1
18x8.5 et34 front
18x9.5 et34 rear

18" Work VS-XX
18x9 et38
18x10 et38

19" VR TE37
19x9.5 et35
19X10.5 et35

Which of the 3 wheels sits flush to the fender as I don't wanna do guard rolling.

I believe all three of them shouldn't have a problem at all. But to play it safe, I'd go with the first set.
