Default Seat Problems

I have a 95 GS300. The gears on the seat are gone bad. Now the seat moves partialy from one side and does not move at all from the other. Took seat a part and check the motor its working like a charm. Checked the Gears on both side and the plastic tooth on top are skiping because they are worn out. Went to lexus dealer and they said that they sell the whole seat track together. What are my options... Need Help

Well both of my seats hat the same issue, no need to buy a entire rack on the track opposite the motor there should be a white gear box type thingy u just need to change that App $70.00 the motor drives one side of the seat directly and the motor has like a drive shaft that transfers power to the gear box moving the other side of the rack..
