The wiring harnesses are different and the oil pan is different. Both things you already knew. I really can't think of much else right now. I'm pretty sure the upper radiator hose will line up differently.

the SC300 setup is nearly identical to the MKIV. However there were differneces with the wiring harness after 94 and the motor mounts for various years were different.
I believe there were at least 3 differnt motor mounts for the SC300 and MKIV. that used the 2JZ.
Contact Champion toyota or Elmhust toyota.. or do more research on SF on difference of the SC300 na and MKIV na.
Here's a fact that I personally experienced. the MKIII uses the same motor mounts as the 93/94 JZS147. the MKIV 93.5 used two to three differnt types, one similar to the JZS147, another that looks just like the JZS147 mounts but were encased in metal (this is the one I'm using today) and the last is the TRD one.
Here's another fact.. the SC300 and the MKIV use the same identical front cross member and you already know about the oil pan differences.
I think I just confused you further and didn't intend too.. this is what I discovered the expensive way. oh.. don't forget there the EMS for any of the na versions had different rev-levels which matched the options for the car like trac, ABS. The plugs are different!!!!
I have the USDM wiring harness and a brand new MKIV 94 wiring harness. I also tried to describe this in a past post.
As soon as I get back to my home state I'll take a picture and post the differnces in the wiring harness between the JSZ147 and the MKIV.
