Default Doing your own tune up

I want to do my own tune up. However I dont know how to take the third spark plug out. I think that I have to remove the intake correct? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. I am also going to replace all wires, any suggestions?

Yep, remove the intake, nothing hard about it just start unbolting ****.
