Default Light clip

Hey whats goin on?

I have a little problem..as of late it has been messing up really bad. My Driver side light was out and so I went to change the bulb and as I was taking it out and getting the new bulb, I noticed it wasnt blown, so I look down and see that the clip that you connect the bulb to is broken as I would push the bulb in hard enough it would work. So I was wondering if anyone knows where to get one of these clips, or should I take a ride out to the dealer in the morning?

Thanks in advance,
Jacob

PS Its taped up and holding right now, but I would like a more permanent fix.

Its a .50 or 1 dollar piece of plastic you can probly find at kragens. all you have to do just cut off the broken one and connect a new one. Its the female.

Do you know what the piece is called, I went to kragens website and I found something, but it doesnt have a picture so I'm not sure if its the right thing. I am probably gonna get it anyway since its like 2 bucks but I will wait for you reply.

I'm guessing this is what your talking about? When I type 9006 socket into the search feature on Kragens this is what I get.

Cool

Either one would work, with the kragen one the wire is already attached and you just need to solder it to the existing harness and your harness will be slightly longer, plus it's cheaper and you might be able to find it in a store instead of waitting for it to be mailed. Also Kragen usually has at least a 90 day warranty.

With the EBay one you need to crimp and solder and your harness will be slightly shorter, plus it's more expensive and you hve to wait for shipping.
